FAQ

I want a custom piece of jewelry; do you do that?

YES! I would love to work with you to create something unique. We can work together to create a ring, necklace, earrings, bracelet…whatever your angel face desires. There are a few ways to get this process started. The first option, message me on Instagram or Facebook, and we can go from there. The second option, fill out this inquiry form here, and I will reach out to you within 24 hours.

I don’t know what ring size I am. What should I do?

The quickest way to obtain your ring size is to visit any jewelry store or counter (Walmart, Target, Etc.) and ask them to size you. It is free and easy.

However, I do offer ring sizers, which can be purchased on my shop page. This is great to have around, especially if you love buying jewelry.

Google has a plethora of sources on how to measure your finger. I cannot guarantee these methods, and you size yourself at your own risk.

What are your ring sizes?

Everyone deserves a pretty thang, big or small. I can make rings from sizes 2-15! I also make half sizes and quarter sizes.

What type of metal do you use?

Silver pieces are made from .925 Sterling Silver.

Copper pieces are made using copper…but you knew that!

Where are your stones from?

I source all my stones from reliable, highly-rated, lapidary artists. All my stones are sourced here in North America unless otherwise noted. I will clarify in the description section if the stone in a piece is not mined in the USA.

 What is your turnaround time?

In-stock, ready-made items will ship the next day!

For customs, my itty bitty hands make your piece from scratch, and I am not a full time silversmith, so patience is preferred. If you need a piece by a specific date, please let me know. Otherwise, I don't confine my work to a specific timeline!

 Returns/ Exchanges/ Cancellation:

I do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations of orders. Orders that are canceled will be offered store credit.

With that being said, I want you to be 100% satisfied with your piece. If something isn’t right, message me, we can work something out!

If you don’t know your ring size and order a ring, that’s on you, babe. Don’t make it awkward. It’ll be awkward for both of us, and you will keep me up for dayz #overthinker.

What happens when my item leaves your studio?

Once your item is off my bench, I hop on over to the post office. I usually spend waaaay too much time there. I live in a small town, and we like to get our chat on at the post office. Anyways, the lovely ladies there will take your package and give me a tracking number. I will send that tracking number over to you. Once it enters the void, I don’t have any control of it. However, I got you. Your package is insured, so things will be okay if it gets lost.

 Where do you ship to?

I ship here, there, everywhere! If you are an international customer, let me know, there’s more paperwork involved. Still, I am happy to ship at your expense.

Do you have a storefront?

I don’t #goals, but you are welcome to visit my home studio if you are in Northern Utah. I have lots of fun animals and dranks in the fridge!

How do I take care of my jewelry?

I am so glad you asked! Your pieces will outlast you if taken care of properly. These pretty thangs can be passed down to your great, great, great-grandchildren. If you don’t have children, pass it on to your dogs, neighbors, whoever.

FIRST, don’t make a habit of showering with your jewelry. Unlike you, they don’t stink, so they don’t need to shower. All your soaps and things really aren’t too great for jewelry.

Rings are an excellent excuse as to why you cannot do dishes ;)

SECOND, don’t let your dog’s or cat’s chew on your jewelry. I mentioned that we have a durability tester in the about section, but you may never see that piece again. I also can’t fix broken stones from dropping, pets, etc. I don’t know how, and my lapidary friends won’t be my friends for long if I make them fix broken stones.

See, it’s pretty easy to take care of these babies. When your piece starts to look dark and dingy, grab a polishing cloth, and she will look good as new again!
